• Apparel: We offer the option to exchange orders for correct sizing ONLY, if the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, and within 30 days of the purchase. For exchanges that are accepted, we require that the customer handles both shipping the item(s) back to us safely, as well as including their own return shipping label with the exchange.
  • We offer the option to protect all orders with ConvoyOp. When shopping online there’s always the risk that your packages might get lost, tossed around, or stolen. Worry not. With ConvoyOP selected in your cart at checkout, your packages are protected from the moment your order is placed. Your lost or stolen packages, and items damaged during shipping, will be re-shipped at no cost to you, or refunded. ConvoyOp is an optional order protection service offered by online retailers around the world. Whether your package is lost in transit, damaged during shipping, or stolen right off your front porch, your inclusion of ConvoyOP at checkout means that you are in control. Just place a claim with ConvoyOP to have your protected item replaced or refunded. It's that simple.   • Domestic: I Am Eido ships with USPS for all orders made within the US. Shipping time for domestic orders takes 2-8 days. I Am Eido is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. In the event that our carrier has not handled your merchandise properly and we get reimbursed for our merchandise, we will then send a replacement for your items. (Will include Convoy insurance terms)
  • International: International Shipping is through USPS First-Class Package International Service. Shipping rates start at $6.55 and are calculated based on the location. Also, note that the customer is responsible for all customs charges that may arise after it enters the destination country. Shipping time for international orders is dependent on the location. I Am Eido is not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise when shipping internationally.
